Work Demand (4A) bulk entry — Excel in, demands entered

The feature every VB-G RAM G operator asks for: bulk Work Demand entry. Keep the data in an Excel sheet (Reg No · Applicant · Work From · No of Days) and GramG Ninja does the rest — it selects each registration, fills the Date of Application, Work Demand From and No of Days, and clicks Proceed for every worker. An hour of clicking becomes one click. This is 4A / demand-for-work automation for the VBGRAMG (MGNREGA) portal.

A whole sheet in one click

Pick your .xlsx, review the rows, click Start. It drives every registration and worker end-to-end and captures the portal's “Data Entered Successfully”.

Resumes long lists

Built for whole Gram Panchayats on a slow portal — progress is saved, so it resumes after any interruption and never double-submits a demand.

Your sheet is the source of truth

It clears old dates first, so only the workers in your sheet keep a demand — correcting a mistake is as easy as re-running the sheet.

Need the input Excel? Get the template

The Work Demand tool reads a simple .xlsx with four columns. Download the ready-made template, fill in your rows, then load it in the panel and click Start.

What does this tool do?

The VB-G RAM G Work Entry page asks for the same signing-authority details in 8 certificate blocks and a separate PDF upload for each. This add-on fills all 8 blocks with your details in one click and attaches the 8 PDFs from a folder — turning several minutes of repetitive typing and uploading into a single click.

Fills all 8 blocks

Your Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email go into every certificate block — entered once in the add-on's settings and remembered.

Attaches the PDFs

Pick a folder; each PDF is matched to its block by the number 1–8 in its file name. DPR and Convergence are set to Yes automatically.

Compresses big scans

Scans over the ~1 MB server limit are re-rendered smaller on your own PC so they upload — nothing is sent to any online service.

Private & offline

Everything runs inside your browser. Your details stay on your PC and are never sent anywhere.

Wage-list caste breakup

On any wage list, see the amount split by caste — Others / SC / ST — with a Copy button, checked against the page total. Caste comes from the Registration Application Register.

The same add-on adds a few data helpers for VB-G RAM G reports — all running inside your browser, nothing uploaded.

Wage-list caste breakup

On any wage list, get the amount split by caste (Others / SC / ST) with a one-click Copy — checked against the wage-list total on the page.

Requirements

Frequently asked questions

Is this an official government tool?
No. It is an independent helper made by Vision Technologies and Robotics to speed up repetitive data entry on the Work Entry page. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. You stay in control and click Save yourself.
Is it safe? Where does my data go?
Everything runs inside your own browser. Your signing details are stored only on your PC, and PDF compression happens locally on your machine — nothing is uploaded to any online service. The full source code is open on GitHub.
How should I name the PDF files?
Put all certificate PDFs in one folder and make sure each file name contains its block number 1 to 8 (for example 1.pdf, 02.pdf or cert-3.pdf). The tool matches them automatically and shows you the result before filling.
My scan is larger than 1 MB — what happens?
The tool compresses oversized scans automatically so they fit the server's limit, and shows the new size (for example 1.80 MB → 0.62 MB). If a file still cannot fit, it is flagged and you can replace it with a clearer scan.
Do I have to type my details every time?
No. You enter Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email once in the add-on's settings. They are remembered across restarts and updates, so every work entry is just choose-folder and Fill.
Does it submit the form for me?
No. The tool only fills the fields and attaches the PDFs. You review everything and click the Work Entry page's own Save button yourself.
