VB-G RAM G tools — install, use & data tools
Copy the vbg-cert-autofill folder to a fixed place, e.g.
C:\VBG\vbg-cert-autofill. Do not delete or move it after
installing — the browser reads the add-on from this folder every time.
In the address bar type chrome://extensions and press
Enter.
On Microsoft Edge, type edge://extensions instead — every other step is the same.
Find the Developer mode switch (top-right in Chrome, left side in Edge) and turn it ON. New buttons appear.
Click Load unpacked, then select the vbg-cert-autofill
folder and choose Select Folder.
The add-on is installed. It only wakes up on the Work Entry page
(…/vbgramg/work_entry.aspx) and does nothing on any other website.
The PDFs are different for every scheme — that’s fine. Put all 8 in one folder. Each file just needs its block number 1–8 somewhere in the name. The tool finds the number and ignores scheme codes and years.

split, permissible, benefic…). After
you pick the folder, the panel shows which PDF landed in each block, so you
can confirm before filling.3.pdf · 1.80 MB → 0.62 MB ✓. If a file still can’t
fit, it’s marked “too big” and Fill is blocked until you replace
it with a clearer/smaller scan.Click the extension’s icon in the browser toolbar (top-right). A
small settings popup opens — type Name, Designation, Department, Mobile,
Email. They save automatically and are reused for every work entry.
Icon hidden? Click the puzzle-piece 🧩 Extensions
button and pin “GramG Ninja”.
Open the Work Entry page and pick the Work Category / Heads / Village at
the top as usual. The panel appears top-right and shows who you’re signing
as.
① Click Choose certificate folder — the panel then reveals the
1–8 mapping (green ticks show each match).
② Click Fill form — DPR & Convergence are set to Yes
automatically.
On success the panel shows a “Done” message and hides the mapping again, ready for the next work entry.
The tool only fills the form — nothing is submitted until you review it and click the Work Entry page’s Save button. You stay in control.
work_entry.aspx and the add-on is enabled in
chrome://extensions. A block shows “no PDF matched”? Rename that
file so its number 1–8 is in the name, then pick the folder again. Oversized
scans are compressed automatically; if one still can’t reach ~1 MB it’s marked
“too big” and blocks Fill — replace it with a clearer/smaller scan. DPR and
Convergence are set to Yes for you; if a work truly needs one as No, change it
on the page and remove that file after filling.
Open a report (job cards, muster rolls, a wage list…). Click the extension’s toolbar icon → Extract this page. Every table is pulled out; download it as CSV (opens in Excel) or JSON. Clean mode (on by default) removes menus, totals and blank rows, keeps one proper header, and fills the merged “group” columns (head-of-household, sansad…) so every row is complete.
Toolbar icon → Consolidate multiple tabs…. Tick the report tabs, choose Join, then pick the two tables and the matching key (Job Card No., dates, or names). Example: add each worker’s caste from the Registration Application Register. Choose which columns to keep, then download CSV/JSON. A saved join re-runs in one click next time — the toolbar shows a ↻ badge when the same pages are open.
Open the Registration Application Register page for your GP once. The add-on quietly saves each Job Card → Caste on your PC (a small toast confirms “Caste register saved”). This is what the wage-list breakup uses.
Open a Wage List. When it has loaded (once “Download In Excel”
appears) a panel shows the amount split caste-wise —
Wagelist No · Oth Amt · SC Amt · ST Amt · Total Amt — with a
Copy row button (copies just the figures, tab-separated, to paste into a
sheet). The total is checked against the wage-list total on the page; a
mismatch warns you it may be incomplete. If the register isn’t cached yet, it
asks you to open it first (step 3).
An Excel file with these columns (any order, header names matched loosely):
Reg No · Applicant · Work From · No of Days, e.g.
WB-06-003-006-001/009 · Sunil Mandi · 07-09-2026 · 3.
Date of Application is set to today automatically, and
Work Demand To is computed by the portal from From + No of Days.
Open the Work Demand page. In the blue “Work Demand autofill” panel click ① Choose Excel (.xlsx)… and pick your sheet. A review table shows every row and the exact values that will be written.
Click ▶ Start. For each row the add-on selects the village and registration, fills the dates and days, and clicks Proceed. The page reloads once per registration (that’s normal) and the run continues automatically. When the portal’s confirmation box appears after each save, the add-on accepts it for you and records the message in the activity log.
Progress is saved continuously. If the portal hangs, your login expires, or you
click Stop, reopen the page and pick the same file — the button reads
Resume (X/N done) and carries on. ⭳ Export results downloads a copy of
your sheet with Status · Message · When columns added. ↺ Start over
resets everything to pending.
