Fill all 8 certificate blocks and attach every PDF on the VB-G RAM G Work Entry page in one click. Oversized scans are compressed automatically. No technical knowledge needed.
A small add-on you load into your browser once. Free and open — the source is on GitHub.
The VB-G RAM G Work Entry page asks for the same signing-authority details in 8 certificate blocks and a separate PDF upload for each. This add-on fills all 8 blocks with your details in one click and attaches the 8 PDFs from a folder — turning several minutes of repetitive typing and uploading into a single click.
Your Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email go into every certificate block — entered once in the add-on's settings and remembered.
Pick a folder; each PDF is matched to its block by the number 1–8 in its file name. DPR and Convergence are set to Yes automatically.
Scans over the ~1 MB server limit are re-rendered smaller on your own PC so they upload — nothing is sent to any online service.
Everything runs inside your browser. Your details stay on your PC and are never sent anywhere.
Download the ZIP above and unzip it to a permanent folder, e.g. C:\VBG\vbg-cert-autofill.
In Chrome type chrome://extensions (Edge: edge://extensions) and turn on Developer mode.
Click Load unpacked and select the vbg-cert-autofill folder. A blue ✓ icon appears in the toolbar.
Click the add-on's toolbar icon and enter Name, Designation, Department, Mobile, Email. They are saved for every work entry.
Open the Work Entry page and choose the work category, heads and village as usual. The panel appears at the top-right and shows who you're signing as.
Click Choose certificate folder. The panel reveals which PDF matched each block (1–8). Oversized scans are compressed to fit.
Click Fill form. All 8 blocks are filled and the 8 PDFs attached. A “Done” message appears and the list closes.
Check the form, then click the page's own Save button. Nothing is submitted until you do.
